For those client’s that like a more descriptive explanation. You will find above and below a link to our Client On-boarding Package which includes (i) Client questionnaire (ii) our engagement letter (ie Terms and Conditions), (iii) Consent to Use of Tax Return Information, and (iv) Consent to Disclosure of Tax Return. Items (iii) and (iv) are necessary if you want either (i) an Easy Advance or (ii) the have our fees deducted from your refund via the Refund Transfer service.
As an added convenience, these forms can be electronically signed so you wont have to download, print, sign, scan and email back to us. Once you sign, we both will be provided copies of the signed document.
Also, be on the look-out for another email which will be your invitation to register on our secure client portal, Client Xchange which you will use to upload your tax documents (i.e. Form 1099s, W-2s, etc.). You can upload them using a scanner or using your mobile phone. If you have already registered for Client Xchange, please find above (graphic) or below a link to take you there.
We provide a published price list to give our clients an idea of our fees. Generally, our fees are 25% less than the regional and national tax preparation firms (Liberty, H&R, etc.)
